Someone should be at the front door directing people where to go to check in. We asked a couple of people on staff and they had no idea. Told us to stand in line. After standing in a long line we were told we didn't have to do that but that we could have gone to the table down the hall and picked up our bags and tickets. Very unorganized. Bags were handed out and not one person gave directions. Two wrist bands were offered so we put on the early bird one and checked our bags to find out that we needed BOTH on. Had to go get our bags and the other band. Thankfully we are not new to conventions / Expos and figured all of this out but a new person would have been lost and frustrated at this. I was very disappointed. Also, MOST of the vendors were very weak and selling mostly old stuff to unload for regular pricing. Only a couple of current relevant vendors. Try better outreach for larger vendors. Also, a few of the booths weren't even set up yet due to not receiving their pro

Would help if the vendors were fully stocked like they are early in the year. Several told us they were low on stock due to other shows they were at.

Put down some type of flooring in the vendor room. The concrete is awful on backs and legs.

Had a great time, met Tim Holtz and Stephanie Bernard. Learning some new techniques and meeting others that shared my enthusiasm for card making made it an enjoyable outing. I will definitely be returning next year, with God's grace.
